Tandem Freefall Skydive Certificate

Certificates are refundable by purchaser at full purchase price within 30 days of issue. After 30 days certificates are transferable but non-refundable. Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase - jumps may be scheduled during the regular skydiving season from April through October.

Use is subject to rules, regulations and releases of liability required by the United States Parachute Association and Skydive Oregon, Inc. Recipient must be at least 18 years of age with valid government issued photo ID and weigh 230 lbs or less for men or 200 lbs or less for ladies, in good shape, height / weight proportionate.
